The hotel of choice in Bassenthwaite. The venue is too busy tbh, nevertheless it has lovely staff and food. The informal bar is cosy, enjoyed this place.

Appreciated staff and location. The restaurant was excellent which formerly had a reputation for very high quality food, I tried excellent dishes. The beds were small here, but it was a comfortable stay all in all.

We felt at home in great Pheasant. A satellite TV and ironing facilities where available in our standard queen room. Breakfast was sensational and well presented. Cant wait to come back, thanks a lot.
